
Join us Wednesday 12th July 6pm-9pm as we bring you our first "Cooking From The Garden" summer workshop in collaboration with "Nouriish."

Here at Nourish Community we love to grow and cook our own food from the garden, nothing quite beats the experience and joy you get when watching the journey your food goes on from seed to plate.
While we absolutely love sharing our knowledge around food growing, we also equally believe in sharing the knowledge and skills on how to create delicious, healthy and simple meals that are based on the seasons and that can be created from the garden.
That is why we are very excited to be bringing you the first of our “cooking from the garden” workshops where we will be teaming up with our good friend and chef Sarah Quincey from Nouriish.


During the evening workshop you will discover:
- Simple ways to cook with seasonal produce and fresh herbs from the garden
- How to construct 5 simple recipes from the seasonal produce we have harvested in a live cooking demonstration
- A number of different techniques for cooking, drying and preserving herbs
- Some of the many health benefits that herbs have to offer and how we can integrate them more into our everyday lives
- Some of the different growing styles and techniques we use in the garden that help us grow an abundance of fresh organic produce
After the workshop and sent via email you will receive our Grow Guides and Recipes of the meals that are created on the night.

On arrival enjoy a freshly picked herb iced tea and a tour of the garden.
We will have jugs of mint infused water on the tables however please feel free to bring along any alcoholic beverages with you.
We are located just outside of Bournemouth, Dorset.
