Partnerships & Organisations

Working alongside organisations who want to do meaningful work in the world

What began as twin brothers Nick and Rich Stone has grown into something much wider. Today, Nourish operates as a connected ecosystem of purpose-driven people and aligned projects. This allows us to expand our mission-led work while working alongside organisations who want to do the same; thoughtfully, responsibly and with care.

Nourish is shaped by a wider ecosystem of practitioners, educators and creatives with real, hands-on experience across food growing, wellbeing, design, construction and hospitality. This allows us to move our ideas beyond theory and into projects that are practical, grounded and increasingly relevant in the real world.

We look for partners who:

  •  Care deeply about the wellbeing of their people and the cultures they are building
  •  Want to support communities in a way that is real, well rooted and long-lasting
  •  Understand the importance of acting responsibly towards the environments they operate within
  •  Are conscious of the impact their decisions have on land, resources and future generations
  •  Are thinking beyond short-term initiatives and quick wins
  •  Value integrity, stewardship and long-term responsibility over optics
  • Are open to learning, listening and evolving through partnership

Our Partnership Approach
Every partnership begins with alignment.

We take time to understand what matters most to the organisation we’re working with and where there are natural synergies with Nourish’s long-term vision and mission. From there, we shape a partnership that empowers everyone involved; our partners, our community and the places we work within.

Rather than offering fixed packages, we focus on relationships built around shared values, allowing greater opportunity to support real people, strengthen our communities and care for the environments we call home.

Why We Work With a Small Number of Partners
Our focus is on long-term, meaningful impact that comes from depth, trust and care.

By working with a small number of partners, we’re able to:

  •  Build genuine relationships
  •  Remain closely involved, from start to finish
  •  Protect the integrity of our community projects
  • Ensure the land, people and places we work with truly benefit

What Partnerships Can Involve
Each partnership is shaped around shared values and designed to reflect what matters most to the organisation involved.

This may include:

  •  Wellbeing, movement and fitness experiences for teams
  •  Hands-in-the-soil food growing days and practical education
  •  Support for community food and wellbeing initiatives
  •  Purposeful volunteering and team-building experiences
  • Partnership visibility across our platforms, communities and garden spaces

Supporting Nourish Community
Partnerships play a vital role in sustaining Nourish Community and enabling our work to be delivered with care, consistency and achieve long-term positive impact.

 Every partnership directly supports:

  •  Nourish Community projects, helping sustain hands-on work rooted in food growing, wellbeing and human connection
  •  Local food, wellbeing and environmental initiatives, strengthening resilience at a community level
  •  Individuals, families and communities who benefit directly from this work through access to real health-full food, skills, support and shared spaces
